配套活动: Supporting activities:

配套活动是为了提高展览的档次,激活人流,使媒体有充足的报道内容而设置的陪衬方式。为突出海西汽博会对台和汽车文化的两大特色,组委会将紧密围绕本届展览主题,策划组织丰富多彩的配套活动。配套活动由组委会在项目思路上总体策划,负责对项目招投标,择优选定承办单位。承办单位在运作中对组委会负责,接受组委会的指导和监督。 The supporting activities are disigned to upgrade the fair and infpirepeople, so the media have sufficient subjects to report. To highlight features of AFC, the organization committee plans to polt colorfulactivities around this fair scheme.

宣传推介: Propaganda and promotion:

为拓展宣传渠道,扩大海西汽博会的影响,加强与各个新闻单位的联系,本届展会会设立广告宣传的专门机构,指定专人,负责整个展会期间的宣传计划、广告规划、简报编辑、媒体(记者)邀请、新闻发布等与展会推介相关的工作。力争在2009海西汽博会期间,邀请参与展会宣传报道的中央和地方媒体(网站)不少于100家。采取软文、硬广和新闻发布、企业(人物)专访等形式,在平面、影视、网络等媒介上,及时报道海西汽博会的消息,配合展会的筹备工作进行宣传,利用各种资源广而告之。 To widen AFC influence and strengthen connection with media, this fair will setup and advertisement department, which will appoint someone to be in charge of the propaganda plan, advertisement layout, bulletin editing, media invitation, news reporting and relative work. We will work hard to invite at least 100 central and local media for news reports. By ways of soft & hard texts, press conference, exclusive interview with enterprises and so on, timely repotrs of AFC will be made so as to cooperate with the AFC preparation work.
